The online progress report package includes:

6 x stage inspections throughout build ( av. 8 month build times)
6 x Written progress update reports
6 x Project checklist reports
External and internal photographs (as appropriate)
1 x Panoramic views of the surrounding area
Option to take over the web pages for marketing/personal purposes on completion.

Website Design & Hosting

Customers of our Web Progress Reports and Holiday Rental portal can choose from one of the 12 templates available for their FREE property website.

Domain registration and web hosting can be provided for an annual fee of £125 + vat.

Holiday Rentals

Our new rental portal is currently under construction and will be launched during December 2004. Advertising your villa or apartment in Spain for the holiday 2005 season is FREE as an introductory offer. We will advertise the portal extensively throughout the year to attract customers direct to you – FREE of charge.
